Leaving Processes running w/ closed window

screen -S SomeNameHere

either kill the login window or do a "CTL-a" to dump out of the screen login session and back to the original login from which you can exit

When yer ready to come back, login to the host and do:

screen -x

or, if you have multiple sessions on that host:

screen -x SomeNameHere
